Adding a Van

To add a van:

1. On the Set-up menu, click Vans. The Vans window opens.
2. In the toolbar, click Add. A new line is added to the top of the grid.
3. Complete:
   • Details – type a name for the van, e.g. a registration plate.
   • Driver – contains a list of contacts for the company.
   • Van Code / Route –
   • Auto Confirm Delivery – when selected, deliveries are automatically confirmed when
4. Click Confirm.

Adding an Area

Vans can be set to service an area.

 

JumpTrack

In the JumpTrack app, the vans appear in the order of the van stop set on:

• the sales delivery note;
• the trader.
