Show Parts

Machines are synonymous to devices in Printanista or FMAudit.

To show the machine's parts that have been linked to the machine:

1. From the Set-up menu, click Traders.
2. Browse to the trader on the Trader Card. If the customer has branches, browse to the delivery branch where the machine/device is located.
3. In the Trader window toolbar, click Machines. The Machines window opens.

   

4. Click Show parts. The Machine Parts window opens.
5. A list of lines from sales orders, sales jobs and sales invoices are displayed. To open the document, double-click the line, or right click the line, and from the context menu, click Go to linked document.
6. To export the machine parts list, right-click in the list and from the context menu, click Export. The Export window opens.
7. Click the export format, type a File-name then click OK.

Changing the Appearance of the Machine Parts List

• To change the columns shown in the list, click top left of the list and select the ones you want from the field chooser list.
• To change the order of the columns displayed:
  1. Drag and drop a column to a new position.
  2. Right-click in the list and from the context menu click Save grid layout.
