Trader history lets you search the products a customer has purchased (or the sectors they have purchased from) within a defined time frame. You can then add the products to a contract, create an order, or export the search results.
Search
- Delivery Branch – limit search to one of the trader's delivery branches.
- Range – limit search to a product range.
- Group – limit search to a product group. Choose a product range first.
- Select – the transaction type to be displayed.
- Flag on contract – displays an additional column, On Contract, to indicate which products are included in a contract.
- Months to show – display transactions from this time period.
- Date Range – From and To dates inclusive.
Click Search to display a Summary By Product.
Orders and Contracts
After searching, you can select products using extended selection then add to contract or create an order.
- Contract – adds the line selected in a grid to a contract
- Show – show the contract once added
- Order – creates an order from the selected rows in the top pane.
Export Search Results
- Export – Export the search to a file.
- Print – Print the search results.
