Currency Rates
Before setting up Currency Rates, you will need to create an Exchange Rate Variances nominal.
Add a New Currency
- From the Set-up menu, click Currency Rates.
- Click the top row, under the Code heading, to add a new row.
- Complete the row with the following details:
- Code – the ISO4217 three character currency code e.g. ISK
- Name – the ISO4217 currency name, e.g. Iceland Krona
- Rate – Enter the inverse currency conversion rate. For instance, 1 [your currency] = n Pound Sterling. Type n into the box to six decimal places.
- Nominal Code – from the list click the Exchange Rate Variances nominal
- Details – This will complete when you click the nominal code.
- In the toolbar, click Add.
