Define Security – User Options – Contracts

To change user access to what can be used on the trader card:

1. On the Set-up menu, click Company.
2. On the tab row, click Logins.
3. In the Logins list, select the user. The line is highlighted.
4. Click Define Security. The Access Details window opens.
5. Click the User Options tab.
6. Select or clear the options:
   • Allow change contract price – when selected, the user can change contract line details.

     Note: This option overrides Allow change contract price below set priority.

   • Allow change contract price below set priority – when selected, if the user has a Contract priority equal to or greater than the contract's Priority, then the user can change contract line details. If the user has a Contract priority less than the contract's Priority, then contract line details cannot be changed.
     
7. Click Confirm.
