Define Security – User Options – Contacts

To change user access to what can be used on the trader card:

1. On the Set-up menu, click Company.
2. On the tab row, click Logins.
3. In the Logins list, select the user. The line is highlighted.
4. Click Define Security. The Access Details window opens.
5. Click the User Options tab.
6. Select or clear the options:
   • Disable modification of contact loyalty points – when selected the user cannot modify a contact's loyalty points.
7. Click Confirm.
