Define Security – Call Manager
To change user access to Call Manager and its calendar:
- On the Set-up menu, click Company.
- On the tab row, click Logins.
- In the Logins list, select the user. The line is highlighted.
- Click Define Security. The Access Details window opens.
- Click the Processing tab.
- Select to enable, or clear to disable, access to Process – Call Manager.
- Click Confirm.
To change user access to Call Manager's leads and its calendar:
- On the Set-up menu, click Company.
- On the tab row, click Logins.
- In the Logins list, select the user. The line is highlighted.
- Click Define Security. The Access Details window opens.
- Click the Processing tab.
- Select to enable, or clear to disable, access to Process – Call Manager Leads.
- Click Confirm.
