Define Security – Call Manager

To change user access to Call Manager and its calendar:

  1. On the Set-up menu, click Company.
  2. On the tab row, click Logins.
  3. In the Logins list, select the user. The line is highlighted.
  4. Click Define Security. The Access Details window opens.
  5. Click the Processing tab.
  6. Select to enable, or clear to disable, access to Process – Call Manager.
  7. Click Confirm.

To change user access to Call Manager's leads and its calendar:

  1. On the Set-up menu, click Company.
  2. On the tab row, click Logins.
  3. In the Logins list, select the user. The line is highlighted.
  4. Click Define Security. The Access Details window opens.
  5. Click the Processing tab.
  6. Select to enable, or clear to disable, access to Process – Call Manager Leads.
  7. Click Confirm.
