Define Security – CRM/Marketing
When you have been issued with a CRM licence, you can access the CRM / Marketing menu. Access needs to be granted for each login. You can allow, or force the login to complete boxes, with the following options.
- Click Set-up > Company > Logins > (Select A Login) > Define Security. The Access Details window opens.
- Click CRM / Marketing tab.
- Select or clear the following:
- CRM Actions – The login can access the Actions screen to view their Actions.
- CRM Actions Calendar – The login can view their Actions in a Calendar.
- CRM Allow Alerts – The login can view Alerts on the Actions screen.
- CRM Allow Alerts Set-up – The login can set up Alerts.
Note: Only works if has access to Management/Set-up.
- CRM Allow Finalize Action – The login can complete Actions.
- CRM Allow Reassignment of Action – The login can reassign Actions to another login.
- CRM Campaigns – The login can view Campaigns.
- CRM Default To Old Style Call Pop-up – Actions pop-up in the original ‘Call Manager’ style.
Note: Must be cleared when setting up a user to use Actions.
- CRM Force Action Outcome – Forces the login to select an Outcome when creating an Action.
- CRM Force Action Reason – Forces the login to select a Reason when creating an Action.
- CRM Force Action Stage – Forces the login to select a Stage when creating an Action.
- CRM Force Action Subject – Forces the login to select a Subject when creating an Action.
- CRM Force Action Target Date – Forces the login to select a Target Date when creating an Action.
- CRM Force Action Title – Forces the login to select a Title when creating an Action.
- CRM Force Action Type – Forces the login to select a Type when creating an Action.
- CRM Hide Management / Set-up – Hides access to the Management / Set-up Area.
Note: Needs to be cleared to allow access.
- CRM Hide Overview – Hides access to the Management / Set-up Area.

- CRM Prevent Modify Action History – Prevents the login from modifying Action History Notes.
