Company Contact Details

The Details tab has the following boxes:

  • Display name – The name displayed by HorizonWeb when logged in. Also the name you can choose from lists in Horizon.
  • Forename(s)
  • Surname
  • Title – Mr, Mrs etc.
  • Salutation – Used on email confirmations from HorizonWeb.
  • Job title – Used in Marketing.
  • Type – Contact type. Can be used to group contacts on reports.
  • Rep
  • Email – should be a valid email address. This email address is used to send a temporary password when a user wants to reset his or her password.
  • Tel – Telephone number
  • Ex – Extension
  • Mobile
  • Fax
  • Options
    • Allow tele sales – flag that can be used on reports.
    • Allow faxing – allows faxes to be sent from Raise Invoices.
    • Allow mailshots – flag that can be used on reports.
    • Allow e-marketing – allows mail to be sent from the Marketing module.
    • Do not substitute items – flag that can be used on reports.
    • In use – clear this if a contact should not be available, e.g. has left a company.
    • Disable switch sell – disables product switches for this contact.
