On a Sales Order, the Detail lines pane displays:
- Detail
- Order Status
- Delivery Status
- Context menu – right-click a detail line
Other options
- Show stock feeds – displays direct stock feed quantities for suppliers providing a stock feed for their item. It displays:
- Supplier – supplier code;
- Local stock – quantity available to be delivered to you;
- Consumer stock – quantity available to be delivered direct to your customer;
- Updated – date the stock figure was changed;
- Lead – the lead time based on the delivery method:
- If Default (Standard), then the supplier lead time is displayed;
- If Customer Deliver by Supplier (PWD) or Delivery to Us (PWL), then the item's consumer lead is displayed.
The suppliers are displayed in priority order. The columns can be sorted by clicking on the heading.
- True cost – display the true cost.
- Show stock – display the company stock and also supplier's stock if you’ve performed a manual stock enquiry for the order.
- Current cost – available when True cost is selected. Displays the current cost of the item.
