Edit Subjects

 

Call subjects are a list of call types that can be selected when creating calls. This speeds up the creation and editing of calls, and lets you categorize them. To add a subject:

  1. From the Sales menu, click Call Manager.
  2. In the toolbar, click Edit Subjects. The Set up Call Subjects window opens.
  3. Click Add. A new line is added to the grid.
  4. Type a name for the new reason.
  5. Click Confirm.
