Edit Subjects
Call subjects are a list of call types that can be selected when creating calls. This speeds up the creation and editing of calls, and lets you categorize them. To add a subject:
- From the Sales menu, click Call Manager.
- In the toolbar, click Edit Subjects. The Set up Call Subjects window opens.
- Click Add. A new line is added to the grid.
- Type a name for the new reason.
- Click Confirm.
