Edit Reasons

 

Call reasons are a list of types that can be selected when creating calls. To add a status:

  1. From the Sales menu, click Call Manager.
  2. In the toolbar, click Edit Reasons. The Set up Call Reasons window opens.
  3. Click Add. A new line is added to the grid.
  4. Type a name for the new reason.
  5. Click Confirm.
