Checking your CRM licence
To use CRM, you need to have a CRM licence. If you are a Horizon on-premises user, you can check as follows:
- On your Horizon Server, in the system tray, right-click Command Centre and click Restore.
- Click the Status tab.
- In the Licensing info group, CRM should have an expiry date. If it has, you have a licence. If N/A is displayed, you have not got a CRM licence. Please contact your Professional Services representative for details about pricing and options.
