Changing the Event

The Actions Calendar can be used to change the event. The event is the time and duration for an action.

Editing the Event

1. Click a day on the calendar to view actions for that day. The day will open with a green bar for each action, called the event.

   Note: If the date is bold, in the calendar, there are actions in Horizon for that date.

Changing the Day

1. Drag the event to a new date on the calendars on the right hand side. The date will turn bold, if it wasn't previously, because the event is now on that date.

Changing the Event Time Using the Event Window

1. Double-click the event. The Event window will open.
2. Alter the Start time and the End time.
3. Click OK to update and close the event window.

Changing the Event Time from the Calendar

1. To change the start time, but not the duration, click and drag the event to a new position on the timeline.
2. To change the duration, click the event. White bars will appear top and bottom.
3. Drag the top bar to a new start time, and the bottom bar to a new end time.
