Catalogue Import
We’re making it easier to import and use the latest catalogue data. To support upcoming features, we’ve introduced three new standard catalogue import definitions for importing catalogues from the Data Services Portal. These definitions will evolve with future updates—new data columns will be added automatically, so you won’t need to update them manually.
Use these with Catalogue Import and Automated Catalogue Import.
Lead Times
You can now see (or add) Supplier, Consumer and Dealer lead times in the Shopping List. They're also available in the Suppliers list below Shopping List.

Action Required: Stay Up to Date with Automated Catalogue Updates!
Ensure you're benefiting from the latest data enhancements. Update your Import Definition after your Horizon 4.82 upgrade.
Here’s what to do:
✅ Log into the Data Services portal.
✅ Go to the Schedule menu and find your catalogues set to automatically update
✅ For each, in the Horizon Import Definition column, select one of the three ECI Standard import definitions:
- ECI Standard UK Catalogue Import
- ECI Standard IRE Catalogue Import
- ECI Standard UK Catalogue Import Short Description.
✅ Click Save schedule.
That’s it! Your catalogue will now update automatically with the latest catalogue format, keeping your data accurate and up to date. You can review the update logs any time in Horizon. See the release notes and Horizon Guide articles for full information.
Password Reset
We've improved the login experience after a password reset. Now, when users reset their password and log in using C:LoginBox, they'll be redirected to the home page ensuring a smoother login process for your customers.
FusionPlus Data News
VOW catalogues have been updated for April. This includes many RRP and cost prices updates in the Euro catalogues.
Nemo Office Club catalogues and mailers have been updated for April.
Integra catalogues (UK and ROI), Antalis Initiative supplement files (UK and ROI), VOW Initiative supplement files (UK and ROI), and various mailer files have been updated for Q2 2025.
Eastpoint Healthcare catalogue has been updated with more items.
