Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and data visualizations (powered by Cognytics) are embedded right within Horizon. The dashboards offer dynamic, graphical visualizations of your business data, and a quick, convenient way to view important insights about your business.
Sales Dashboard
The Sales Dashboard offers sales personnel a detailed and instant overview of important data, such as sales revenue, buying trends, sales history and more. As the Sales Dashboard is embedded directly in Horizon it’s instantly accessible to your reps, ensuring your sales team are always up to date with their sales objectives. The dashboard has been made with access to sensitive data in mind so your sales team can only see its own accounts data.
Sales Executive Dashboard
The Sales Executive Dashboard is designed to offer an overview of your sales team performance and an in-depth look at your business. You can make this dashboard available exclusively to your sales managers. The sales manager can select a specific salesperson and view information, such as their current sales, current gross profit, and more.
Opening BI Dashboards
- On the Toolbar, click BI Dashboards. The Cognytics login window opens in the embedded browser.
- Type your Username, Password and Customer ID, then click Login. Remember me keeps your login details in your session. You will stay logged into BI Dashboards until you log out.

Note: Cognytics has a feature where you can upload an avatar. We don't support this in the embedded browser, but you can log in to your own browser and do that there.
