You can download FusionPlus data from the Data Services portal. Browse to dataservices.ecicloud.eu and log in with the credentials supplied by ECI. This is a different username and password to the Customer Portal.
The Data Services portal contains:
- Subscribed Catalogues – a list of catalogues for which you can download catalogues, attributes and enhanced data.
- Available Catalogues – a list all of the catalogues available from Data Services portal.
- Schedule – Horizon Cloud dealers can set up a schedule to update catalogues automatically.
Automated Catalogue Updates
For Horizon Cloud, catalogue updates can be automated. You can update catalogues:
- Daily – before the next day. New and updated items are changed. A full catalogue update should be imported before (on the same day) Daily is selected, otherwise items may be missing until Sunday's full update.
- Weekly – Sunday. Full catalogue update.
- Monthly – 1st of the month. Full catalogue update.
